TERMS: We accept Visa and MasterCard. Until a credit account has been established, orders shipped via a third party must be prepaid with a check or credit card; orders delivered by us directly can be COD. Open credit accounts are payable net thirty days from invoice date. A service charge of 2% per month will be added to all accounts outstanding more than thirty days. A $35 fee will charged on all returned checks.
OVERDUE ACCOUNTS: Accounts 60 days past due will be converted to cash-only until payment of the account plus service charge is received. In the event that it becomes necessary to enforce payment, the buyer will be liable for all collection, attorney, and court costs incurred by Radmer Farms, and service charges at the rate of 2% per month on all amounts found due and payable. Action to enforce payment shall fall under the jurisdiction of Caroline County, Maryland.
CLAIMS: We honor claims made within five days after receiving the plants. Please notify us immediately if a plant shipment is delayed or if there is a problem with the condition of the plants upon arrival. When making a claim, please save the dead or damaged plants and the relevant packing materials and cartons until we can rectify the issue. Photographs documenting the problem will facilitate the claim process and may help prevent future problems.
